Maintenance Supervisor at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment across VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets. The role ensures that all machinery, including coffee machines, beverage dispensers, ice machines, and refrigeration units, operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all store equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external service providers.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and Store Managers to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Recommend equipment replacement or upgrades based on performance and lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in QSR, café, or beverage chains.
• Strong knowledge of coffee machines, beverage dispensers, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
