Maintenance Supervisor - Fitting and Turning at Heirbase Management Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fitting, turning and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work assigned to fitters, turners and other relevant personnel.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect mechanical equipment and identify wear, faults and potential failures.
• Coordinate repairs and replacement of mechanical components.
• Support troubleshooting of plant machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with Production and other technical teams to minimise equipment downtime.
• Ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
• Escalate major equipment defects and maintenance risks appropriately.

Minimum Qualification

• Class 1 Trade Tested Fitter and Turner.
• SSCE/WAEC/NECO with at least five credits, including English Language, Mathematics and two Science subjects.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

Preferred Attributes

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability, practical fitting and turning experience, supervisory capability, attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
