Maintenance Planner Scheduller III at Scruples Resources

• Are you an experienced maintenance planning professional with strong skills in job planning, scheduling, turnaround coordination, and field execution support? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance and turnaround job plans and work packages
• Define job steps, resources, materials, equipment, durations, and cost estimates
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Contractors, and Schedulers
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, and worklists
• Review drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and field changes
• Monitor work progress and update plans based on execution feedback
• Support shutdown, startup, PSSR, and punch-list activities
• Perform critical and near-critical path analysis
• Coordinate multi-discipline planning and optimize integrated turnaround schedules
• Track materials, work orders, contractor activities, and logistics requirements
• Support schedule reviews, peer assists, and post-turnaround activities
• Ensure work plans comply with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance planning/scheduling or a closely related role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial work activities
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Experience with turnaround/shutdown planning and execution
• Knowledge of MOC and PSSR processes
• Ability to coordinate multiple workgroups and contractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
