Role Description

• This is a contract, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer located in Benin City. The Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities. This includes performing regular inspections, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on time. The role also involves supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team of maintenance staff
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple tasks
• Relevant technical certification or degree is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
