Job Summary

• Operate mixing and production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report major faults or breakdowns to supervisors.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and support smooth operations.
• Accurately record operational data in logbooks and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Work collaboratively with fellow operators and maintenance engineers to optimize production output.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards throughout production processes.
• Perform routine cleaning procedures, to maintain hygiene and machine functionality.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
• At least 2 years of proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on a shift basis if required.
• Candidats residing within Awe oyo state, or willing to relocate will be more prefered.
