Machine Operator at Greentech Industries Limited

Job Description

• Carry out autonomous operations and maintenance of production lines
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production line
• Set up machines(calibration, cleaning etc.) tostart a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spotany machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs
• Always pay attention to the machine to ensure that it is working properly.
• Follow the company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure Health and safety procedures are followed and to maintain all quality systems to meet my production targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification with 4 - 7 years relevant work experience.
