Job Summary

• The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
• The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to identify and report basic machine faults.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and industrial machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
• Conduct routine machine checks and basic cleaning.
• Identify and report machine faults, abnormalities, or operational issues.
• Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Support the achievement of daily production targets.
• Work shifts and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment.
• Previous experience with industrial/production machines is highly desirable.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and identify basic faults.
• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
