Machine Learning / AI Trainer at Trontier Limited

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time ad hoc ML /AI Trainer.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering ML/AI training programs to our learners, as well as delivering ML and AI projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on ML and AI using industry-standard tools and techniques
• Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises
• Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills
• Collaborate with other trainers and instructors to continuously improve the training program
• Work on ML/AI projects from design to delivery of AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized AI solutions that meet their requirements
• Design, build, and maintain AI models using a variety of tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Implement data preparation and feature engineering processes to ensure data quality and consistency
• Train and validate AI models using various algorithms and techniques, such as neural networks and deep learning
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI engineer or AI trainer
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs on AI and machine learning
• Experience working on ML/AI projects for clients in a consulting or agency environment
• Proficiency in using industry-standard AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of AI algorithms and techniques, such as neural networks and deep learning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
