The M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring project activities and evaluating their effectiveness. This role includes data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools.
Monitor project progress through regular field visits and data collection.
Analyze data to assess the impact of project activities.
Prepare M&E reports and support program staff in using data for improvement.
Provide capacity-building support to staff on M&E practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, development studies, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Proficiency in M&E software (e.g., SPSS, Stata) is an asset.
