    Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate

    Description

    • Our client, , is seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

    Role Objective

    • To provide a premium luxury customer experience while achieving sales targets, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    Customer Experience:

    • Welcome and engage customers professionally in line with luxury retail standards.
    • Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.

    Sales & Revenue:

    • Drive in-store sales and consistently meet individual and store targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell fragrances and related products.
    • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

    Store Operations:

    • Maintain excellent product knowledge across all fragrance lines.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
    • Support inventory control and stock replenishment.

    Requirements

    • 3–4years’ experience in sales or customer service.
    • Retail experience is mandatory (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.
    • Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
