Job Description

• Training of the LTL drivers on the SOP of the organization in line with the department's goals.
• Ensure the timely dispatch of vehicles for pick-up and delivery of customers' shipments.
• Sending of a daily report to the LTL Manager.
• Lead and manage the team to develop, articulate and maintain the logistics' process documentation.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals
• Ensure adequate routing of drivers in order to improve turn around time.
• Managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of shipments.

Job Specification and Skills Required

• Must be proficient in the use of Excel.
• Must be familiar with locations in Lagos state.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must possess leadership and managerial skills.
• Must be attentive to details.
