About the Role

• Orile Restaurant and Bar is seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, manage wait staff, maintain high hospitality standards, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between service, kitchen, and bar teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wait staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor floor operations to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well‑organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold hospitality standards.
• Track daily performance and provide reports to management.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a floor supervisor or senior waiter in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
