Role Overview

• To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery
• The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for supervising waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants, while also serving as the quality control lead for the kitchen.
• This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Act as the link between the kitchen and service floor, ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct daily briefings to align staff on service expectations and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs.
• Maintain seamless communication between kitchen staff, bar team, and floor staff.
• Report daily performance and quality control issues to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in hospitality supervision (restaurant/bar preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in quality control and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
