Logistics and Warehouse Officer at Starke Fitness

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations,including receiving , storing and dispatching fitness equipment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate shipment and deliveries with suppliers, customers, and transport companies.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency.
• Maintain a clean,organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Track and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with sales ,procurement and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle documentation related to shipping ,customs and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor`s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field with 4 - 6 years work experience.
• Proven experience in logistics ,warehousing or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and microsoft office suite.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
