    Logistics Analyst

    Locations: Benin (Edo State), Owerri (Imo state), Kano municipal (Kano state), Asaba (Delta state), Warri (Delta state)

    Job Summary:

    Join us as a Delivery Specialist, where your main responsibility is to deliver POS devices to our customers, enabling them to seamlessly access our digital ecosystem. You'll provide initial training, ensuring they grasp the ins and outs of our products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Delivery and Retrieval: Timely and efficient delivery or retrieval of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices to customers' locations, planning routes and ensuring accuracy.
    • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by equipping customers with the necessary tools for our digital ecosystem, explaining features, and ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Training and Support: Provide initial training on POS devices, address questions, and troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding phase.
    • Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers, actively listen to feedback, address concerns, and provide solutions for overall satisfaction.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure delivered POS devices meet quality standards; troubleshoot and resolve any identified issues promptly.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share insights, gather feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of our services. Report issues, challenges, or feedback for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
    • Familiarity with POS devices and digital payment systems is a plus.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Training and development mindset.
    • Must have a vehicle (Bike or Car).

    Compensation Structure:

    • Total compensation: 65,000
    • Bonus per terminal retrieved (Varies from 1,500 to 5,000 per terminal).
