Loan Processing Officer at Westfield Consulting

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit worthiness of clients by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information with regards to their loan applications.
• Report credit committee decisions (approvals/rejections) to clients.
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
• Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and explain the different types of loans.
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

Qualifications

• B.Sc Business Administration, Economics or other Social Sciences courses.
• 0-1 year working experience.
