Job Description

• Manage MD's calendar.
• Attend events with MD or represent when necessary.
• Reminding MD on tasks, events, etc
• Answering calls & taking messages.
• Replying to/sending mails & correspondence.
• Organizing travel plans.
• Filing, organizing & managing database.
• Provide admin support.
• Collating & filing expenses
• Conducting research.
• Other tasks as given by the MD.

Requirements

• Must have a B.Sc / HND preferably in a Humanities / Social Science course.
• Must be computer literate, self-motivated, know how to take initiative, and be proactive.
• Must be efficient, discrete, and organized.
• Should be flexible, and know-how to multi-task.
• Must have good communication and diction.
