Listing Officer at Capital Luxury

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Officer at Capital Luxury in Lagos.
• The Listing Officer will manage real estate service listings, coordinate with clients and partners, oversee property inventory, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, marketing, or certifications or licenses is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proven experience in a real estate listing or related role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management practice
• Familiarity with real estate management software, CRM tools, and listing portals.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and partners
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
• A customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
