Job Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Listing Agent / Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring property listings, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.
• You will work closely with property owners and buyers to ensure smooth transactions and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new property listings for sale or rent.
• Promote listed properties to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Conduct market research to understand real estate trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• First Degree in Marketing or any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Ajah real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach
