Liability Generation Officer (Relationship Manager)

Job Description
- Drive deposit mobilization by sourcing new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell savings and fixed deposit products to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Identify and develop new markets and potential deposit opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or relationship management in a digital microfinance or commercial bank.
- Strong understanding of retail and SME banking products.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
