Job Description

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulations, compliance, and litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the management of legal disputes, including coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Handle legal administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
• Admission to the Bar (if applicable).
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a legal capacity.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
