Legal Counsel at MillHouse Legal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law and statutes, and provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution solutions when appropriate.
• Support staff to ensure effective case management and client representation.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, documents, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 8 years Practice Experience.
• Efficient Drafting and Advocacy Skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Compliant.
• Quality Research Skills, Familiarity with the Use. & Navigation of e-Library and Legal Software.
• Due Diligence, Discipline, and Good Work Attitude.
• Litigation Savvy and Ability to Perform tasks Under Minimal Supervision.
