Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Company Secretary, based in Lekki with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Company Secretary will handle day-to-day corporate governance tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain statutory records, organize board meetings, and draft necessary documentation.
• This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth governance operations.

Qualifications

• Min of 4 years post-call
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and company law
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documents and statutory records
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
• Bachelor's degree in Law (min. 2:1 in BL or LLB)
• Experience in the legal or corporate governance sector is a plus
