    Legal Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Legal Consultation: Collaborate with consultants to provide legal guidance and expertise to clients on various business matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and risk management.
    • Contract Review: Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they align with client objectives and legal requirements.
    • Compliance Assessment: Conduct compliance assessments and due diligence to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with client projects and initiatives.
    • Legal Research: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed and up-to-date legal advice.
    • Client Communication: Communicate complex legal concepts and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring their understanding and buy-in.
    • Documentation: Prepare legal documents, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Manage legal aspects of consulting projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants and other team members to integrate legal considerations into project strategies and deliverables.


    • Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
    • Call to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
    • years of experience working in a legal role, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of business law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
    • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ethical and discreet, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
