Job Summary:

As our legal associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate practices align with regulatory requirements and governance standards while providing strategic legal guidance to foster growth and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international corporate governance standards.
• Assist in board management, including preparing resolutions, agendas, and minutes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law 
• A minimum of 6 years of post-call experience in corporate law and governance.
• Must reside on the Island.

Salary: 

N450,000 – N500,000
