    Lease Officer

    Our Client, a CBN Licensed Financial Service Company committed to providing premium Trade finance, Asset Finance, Investment & Loan services. seeks to employ the services of a lease officer:

    Requirements:

    The role includes but not limited to

    • Must understand properties leasing
    • Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
    • Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties
    • Determine the needs of potential tenants
    • Maintain working knowledge of the property market
    • Ensure the property is well-maintained
    • Collect and organize important documents and payments
    • Must be well grounded in lease
