Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Learning and development HR Specialist located in Abuja.
• The Learning and development HR Specialist will be responsible for working with management to identify training needs and developing training programs to meet these needs.
• The Learning and development HR Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating training programs and providing feedback to management and employees.
• The LnD HR specialist will also work with in HR to align performance management to LnD initiatives as well as technical recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Learning and development, with experience in program design and delivery
• 5+ years in HR consulting
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization
