This is a full-time on-site role for an Learning and development HR Specialist located in Abuja.
The Learning and development HR Specialist will be responsible for working with management to identify training needs and developing training programs to meet these needs.
The Learning and development HR Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating training programs and providing feedback to management and employees.
The LnD HR specialist will also work with in HR to align performance management to LnD initiatives as well as technical recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
5+ years experience in Learning and development, with experience in program design and delivery
5+ years in HR consulting
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization
