Lead Technical Sales Engineer at FlexEdge

Job Description

• Build relationships and establish loyal customer network to achieve market penetration for the full product portfolio of the organization and her affiliates.
• Delivers the sales projections through the approved route to market strategy.
• Work with clients/ partners design engineers and contractors in selecting and bidding products such as AHU’s, VRV Systems, rooftops, chillers, and air distribution and control devices in order to make a sale to the mechanical contractor.
• Read & understand Technical Drawings, understand equipment needed, create a quote, and follow up with customer.
• Work closely with direct managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• To attend networking events with other professionals in the construction industry.
• Continually maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Prepare weekly reports with an update on-site visits and quotations sent to clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical /Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering degree or equivalent.
• The applicant needs to be familiar with the cooling solution, mobile refrigeration, HVAC equipment and its application with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in this field or related one.
• Computer skills and knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and Target driven
• Must be well presented and able to deal professionally with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
