    Lead, Sales

    • You'll drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and working closely with our technical and operations teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, you'll play a key role in expanding CEESOLAR's market impact.

    We're looking for someone with

    • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership
    • Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Power Solutions, EPC, Engineering, Energy Consulting, or Real Estate
    • Strong expertise in Solution Selling, Contract Negotiation, Proposal & Tender Management, and Client Relationship Management
    • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and winning high-value business opportunities
