    As our Integration Lead / Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the destiny of One Africa. You will work hand-in-hand with leadership across the region, spearheading the integration process and propelling us towards our ambitious goal of being a $1 billion firm by FY30.
    This is not just another project; this is a strategic movement. You will be the driving force behind aligning our business model, ensuring seamless collaboration across borders, and unlocking the full potential of our collective strength.

    • Become an architect of One Africa's future: Work with leadership to drive the integration project forward, overseeing progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
    • Empower workstream leaders: Provide expert guidance and support to functional teams, driving the integration forward across strategic priorities like Trust, Growth, People, and Operational Excellence.
    • Shape the narrative: Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and moving in the same direction.
    • Become a global ambassador: Leverage your deep understanding of KPMG's operations and markets across Africa to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Key responsibilities:

    • Integration Champion: Work closely with Africa leadership across the integration life cycle to drive an aligned business model for One Africa.
    • Project Management Oversight: Manage the overall integration project, including monitoring progress & reporting, risk identification and mitigation, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
    • Execution Driver: Provide direct support and expert guidance to workstream / functional leaders to drive the One Africa integration forward across strategic priorities (Trust, Growth, People and Operational Excellence).

    Skills and attributes required for the role:

    • Driven & Proactive: Proven track record of leading complex projects. Ability to work hard, work smart, and quickly build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Clustering & Integration Expertise: Has a detailed understanding of Clustering & Integration in the context of the Collective Strategy 3.0.
    • Global Mindset: Has a global mindset and a good understanding of KPMG’s operations and market across the region.
    • Strategic Acumen: Able to understand strategic priorities and translate these into practical action.
    • Financial Acumen: Has professional background and a strong grasp of key financial concepts.
    • Confident Communicator: Able to interact with confidence at senior levels across different countries and cultures.
    • Fast Learner: Able to quickly grasp new challenges, take on responsibility outside of current skillset, and drive results.
    • High Quality Reporting: Able to produce high-quality written reports and communications.
    • Big Picture Orientated: Able to identify critical success factors and key priorities in order to effectively drive change.
    • Organized & Adaptable: Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt thinking and approaches to meet the needs of different member stakeholders.

    Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):

    • Senior Manager
    • Project and Programme management experience
    • Proven track record of high performance
