Job Description

• We are seeking a .NET C# Mid Level Developer to join our organization to support the growth and scaling up of the business by working on Enterprise Architecture Projects.
• The main project you'll be joining will be a new, greenfield project which involves building microservices cloud native architecture project hosted on Azure Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities
The Key Responsibilities of the successful Candidate

• .NET Mid Level Developer would be to design and develop from scratch working with Experienced .NET Developer to Support, .net core C# micro services cloud native to run on Azure using Docker, Terraformand Kubernetes.
• This is a huge new project for the development team who getting ready to dive in in October, but we will need to train you guys and blend with team these September to setup the Architecture for the system.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands on experience in C#, .NET Core & Rest API.
• The candidates who have worked on banking, fintech and accounting .NET Core Enterprise Rest API Project has more advantage.
• The candidates must have a good laptop minimum of Core I5, Ram 8GB and 500GB Hard Drive.
• The Candidates must be active learners willing to dedicate work and non-work hours to learn.

What we're looking for in the Candidate:

• 3 years plus Experience developing RESTful services using .Net core 3.1 or higher on at least 3to 4 real live application projects with evidence.
• 3 years plus Strong Experience onC# backend development writing complex business rules.
• 3 years plus Strong Experience onRelational Database Design and NO-SQL.
• 3 years plus Strongarchitecture and development patterns (e.g. microservices, CQRS, Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, SOLID). Be able to discuss and demonstrate practically at least 3patterns from the example.
• 3 years plus experience to be able to discuss and demonstrate the attributes and benefits of best practices such as OO Design, BDD, TDD, Dependency Injection, and SOLID Design principles in your past live project.
• 3 years plus experience on Unit, Integration and API Testing.
• Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team.
• Ability to work with various DB at least knowing how to use 3(AzureCosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis, PostgresSQL, SqlServer, and Cassandra).
• Background Services with RabbitMQ, Hangfire, and Windows Service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 3 years Strong Experience on Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and LINQ, ideally with experience of Repository Pattern.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an Agile team and using Scrum.
• Knowledge and use of key frameworks and language constructs (LINQ, Entity Framework).

• Keep in mind the Salary Structure Break Down for 5 Years is subject to reviews for higher increment as companies continue to generate revenue, these is separate from Profit Sharing you will get stated in your Employee Handbook as being a founding member.
• Staff Relocation towards the end of next year to Mauritius.
• Loyalty Bonus of 3,000,000 giving to you at the end of year 4.
• Leave Bonus will be calculated per annum of the salary schedule for that year.
• Must Work and Stay at the Office (Accomodation) and Can leave for Weekend being Sunday and return back to work on Monday.
