Lead, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Eterna Plc

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to drive and strengthen the organization's risk management framework.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifring, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact business objectives, while fostering a strong risk• aware culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with management to provide continuous risk assessment and monitoring across the organization.
• Reporting risk findings, insights, and activities to Risk Owners and the Board of Directors.
• Developing and strengthening internal control systems in collaboration with Risk Owners.
• Designing and implementing effective risk management strategies, frameworks, and processes
• Monitoring and managing the organization's exposure to credit risk.
• Minimizing potential losses arising from credit-related risks.
• Ensuring the company's receivables always remain within approved thresholds.
• Driving compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CRMA FRM, CFA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in risk management.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, intemal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk management strategies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
