The firm seeks a qualified and competent individual to fill the role of Lead, Digital Transformation.

Job Summary

• Develop the vision and strategy for digital initiatives across the operating units of the firm in line with creating a collaborative, cost-effective, and service-focused business.
• Lead and manage digital transformation efforts and scale them across the organisation.
• Champion the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down.
• Manage the planning and implementation of all aspects of IT systems, including information and cybersecurity to support the organisation's needs and operations.
• Ensure that digital platforms, digital experience, and business insights are provided to support the organisation's objectives and stakeholder needs
• Implement and manage the deployment, of quality and effective IT projects and/or programme resources

Experience and Capabilities

• Minimum of First Degree, BSc. In Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related
• Relevant professional certification and other technical field qualifications
• Masters' degree in Information Technology or Management or any related discipline is an added advantage
• Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, five (5) of which must involve project, application, infrastructure, security, and digital strategy management
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
