    Lead, Administrative & Procurement

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manages and coordinates office administrative processes, while reviewing, assessing, and impletnenting new procedures to enhance efficiency.
    • Set work priorities, assign tasks to subordinate, office support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedures.
    • Organizes and plan office services, including accommodation, relocations, equipnnent„ supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Performs analysis and supelvises administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning and management
    • Creates and enforces travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
    • Build and rnaintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
    • Develops and executes procurernent strategies that align with the organizations objectives.
    • Analyzes market trends and evaluates suppliers/vendors' performance to maximize return on investments (ROI).
    • Maintains accurate records and documentation of procurements and tracks related expense budget for alignment.
    • Supervises fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety procedures for optimal performance.
    • Coordinates employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries to meet business requirements.
    • Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in any discipline (minimum of second class lower — 2:2)
    • M.Sc. and other professional qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum Of 5 years cognate and professional experience overseeing office administration, facility management and procurement services.

    Knowledge:

    • Vast and proficiency in the use of applicable computer software and Microsoft office suites.
