Job Summary

• We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lawyer to join our legal team.

Role Overview

• As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising the organization on a variety of legal issues related to financial services.
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure the institution adheres to legal and regulatory standards while protecting its interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Advise on regulatory compliance, financial regulations, and corporate governance matters
• Represent the institution in legal proceedings, including disputes or negotiations with clients, regulators, or third parties
• Conduct legal research on financial regulations and evolving legal trends in the financial sector
• Collaborate with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure proper compliance with laws and regulations
• Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations that affect the financial industry.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in Law
• A Qualified Lawyer with a valid practicing license
• 5-7 years of experience in financial law, banking, or corporate law
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and legal risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
