Laundry / Cleaning Service Personnel at Prixair

Job Description

• Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and store clothes, linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, irons, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use appropriate detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning products according to instructions.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of laundry received, processed, and returned where required.
• Maintain the laundry area, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized condition.
• Ensure clean laundry is properly folded, stored, and distributed to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Cleaning Duties

• Clean and sanitize offices, rooms, bathrooms, corridors, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and disinfect surfaces as required.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning materials, and other essential supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, leaks, or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
