Laundry Attendant at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities

• Linen processing: Collect, sort, weigh, wash, dry, and fold all hotel linens and towels.
• Equipment operation: Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment like washers, dryers, and pressing machines.
• Quality control: Inspect all items for cleanliness and quality, and remove stains using appropriate procedures.
• Inventory and storage: Manage inventory of clean linens and deliver them to storage areas or other departments, such as housekeeping.
• Area maintenance: Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Guest service: Handle guest laundry requests, which may include pressing and folding.
• Safety and chemical handling: Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling cleaning chemicals, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Minor repairs: Perform minor sewing tasks as needed.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
