Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team.
• The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing survey data, and providing accurate measurements and documentation for construction, engineering, and land development projects.
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Determine accurate measurements, boundaries, and contours of land and structures.
• Research and review existing survey records, maps, and legal documents to gather information about land characteristics and boundaries.
• Analyze survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, plans, and legal descriptions for land development, construction projects, and property transactions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide survey support and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in land surveying.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including property laws, surveying standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and project teams regarding land surveying matters.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
