Collect samples according to the approved quality plan.
Assist in the analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished samples.
Carry out all construction sample testing, including sieves and moisture analysis of samples.
Escalate any identified deviations from target quality standards promptly to the QA/QC officer and Project Engineer.
Recommend and implement improvements to the laboratory operations and maintenance of lab equipment’s and instruments.
Be competent for the testing tasks assigned by the construction project department, and successfully complete the inspection and test work of the project.
Master the technical requirements of test records and the standard requirements of test data processing, and make the original test records.
Be familiar with the operating procedures of the instruments used, operate in strict accordance with the procedures.
Have a high degree of security awareness, strictly implement the security system, and conduct civilization inspection.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any relevant field (landscape engineering, civil engineering, architecture, engineering management, cost engineering, ecology or environmental engineering, etc)
A minimum of two (2) years’ professional experience in civil and building industry.
Proficient in Office software applications.
Skilled use of engineering project laboratory instruments.
Familiar with engineering project laboratory workflow.
Previous experience with the soil tests, concrete tests and bitumen testing (highly regarded)
Hands-on knowledge of modern laboratory equipment, sampling methods and best practices
