This position reports tthe centre coordinator. The Laboratory Scientist at (MSI) is responsible for clientcentred clinical services and laboratory equipment maintenance. They ensure accurate testing, specimen storage, and compliance with protocols.
The role involves building partnerships, maintaining confidentiality, and generating demand for MSI services. Strong communication and administrative skills are required tdocument communications, handle client complaints, and liaise with regulatory bodies. The Laboratory Scientist must hold a recognized clinical qualification, have post-graduation experience, and be licensed and registered with local clinical professional bodies. They should be motivated, empathetic, and capable of working independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year’s post NYSC working experience in similar position.
Must have a recognised clinical qualification in Medical Laboratory Science.
Must be registered with a recognised local clinical professional body in Nigeria and of good Standing.
Must be licenced and have a valid practicing licence. Must have requisite experience twork with minimum supervision.
Relevant post-graduate qualification e.g. MBA, MSc, MA (desirable).
