Kitchen Auditor at The Foodhub by CWC

The Kitchen Operations Internal Auditor is responsible for monitoring and evaluating all kitchen-related processes to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety regulations. This role focuses on cost control, inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and operational efficiency in the restaurant’s kitchen and central production areas.

• Conduct routine audits of kitchen inventory (raw materials, perishables, packaging, etc.) to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Track daily consumption and reconcile with POS sales and kitchen production records.
• Analyze food cost variance and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure all stock is properly documented using FIFO and wastage logs are updated.
• Monitor procurement and stock issuance to ensure alignment with budgets and standards.
• Provide reports on kitchen performance metrics (e.g., yield, cost per dish, spoilage).
• Support monthly financial closing with accurate kitchen cost data.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure financial discipline and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement controls to reduce waste, pilferage, or overproduction.
• Ensure adherence to financial SOPs and audit compliance standards.
