Kitchen Assistant at Hothobs Cuisines

Department: Kitchen Operations
Reports To: Kitchen Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Wash, peel, and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist with packaging and serving of food orders.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during food production.
• Assist with receiving and organizing supplies.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
