• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of portion control and cost management.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and withstand high temperatures in the kitchen.
