    Key Accounts Sales Manager

    Job descriptions:

    • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
    • Create reasonable sales goals/plan for the company based on the current market trends and identify shortcomings in the marketing/sales plan and makes adjustments as needed.
    • Initiate marketing strategies that boost unit and gross sales at the national, regional and local levels and analyze the efficacy of these strategies.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Monitor the volume of sales in accordance with the variety of products that are in the market, and ensure that retail prices are kept current in accordance with supply and demand, economic strategies, market trends and relevant competition.
    • Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a timeline of performance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
    • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
    • Always ensure that there is sufficient supply and demand of the goods or services.
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Acquire new business with the Key Accounts in the country.
    • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
    • Ensure client overall satisfaction and immediate effective resolution aligned with their needs.
    • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
    • Perform other related tasks and responsibilities pertinent to the Sales department.

    Qualifications & Skills/Competence Requirements

    • BSc in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field (MBA preferred).
    • Previous working experience as Key Account Manager for 5 year(s)
    • Documented market knowledge and sales experience in the FMCG
    • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
    • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
    • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
    • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
    • Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
    • Excellent time and project management skills.
    • Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
