Job Description
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labour and material
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Reconcile account with general ledger
- Handle general account queries
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in excel and Quickbooks
Candidate must possess the following:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
- Good organizer, highly adaptive and must pay attention to details
- Excellent customer and human relation background
- Good customer service
- Good time management skill
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
