    Key Account Manager

    Summary

    • We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business growth.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored telecommunications solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
    • Develop account management strategies to increase customer retention and sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to deliver exceptional service.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
    • Track and analyze key account performance metrics to drive improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4 - 6 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
