    Key Account Executive

    Role Description

    • The Key Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt and on-site role based in Warri, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts within the beverage sector.
    • This role involves developing and executing account plans, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring product availability and visibility across assigned outlets and channels.
    • The Key Account Executive will conduct regular customer visits, analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain to meet volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
    • The role includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform account strategies and promotional plans.
    • The Key Account Executive will also prepare reports, maintain accurate account records, and support trade activations and in-store execution to strengthen BOGO Beverages’ presence in the market.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in FMCG or the beverage industry.
    • Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement with modern trade, distributors, and key retail partners.
    • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop effective account plans and meet commercial targets.
    • Competence in territory planning, route-to-market execution, and in-store activation to drive distribution, visibility, and volume.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
    • High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
    • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales reporting systems for tracking performance and reporting accurately.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Familiarity with the Port Harcourt market and surrounding regions is an advantage.
    • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed and to work flexibly to support key customer and market activities.
