Role Requirement
Solid TypeScript and React fundamentals/experience
Understanding of backend systems — servers, API endpoints and auth
Ability to diagnose and fix bugs in user-built apps — frontend and backend
For platform-level bugs: ability to identify issues and propose fixes, with some fixes being self-contained enough to implement directly; others escalated to a senior engineer
Cross-functional mindset
Fast — expected to handle high ticket volume and ramp quickly.
