Junior Product Associate

- Location Abuja
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Key Responsibilities
- Work with other Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to build new features and product updates.
- Write user-stories, manage product backlog and support in the scrum process.
- Work with Customer Experience team to provide resolution to support issues.
- Assist in product scoping, user research and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- 12-18 months previous product development experience.
- Experience or understanding of software development and technologies
- A willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about building educational products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
