Job Summary

• As a Junior Marketer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our client's polythene products.
• You will collaborate closely with senior marketing professionals and other cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content, including brochures, product catalogs, and promotional materials, to showcase our polythene products.
• Manage and update marketing collateral and ensure it is readily available to the sales team.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products to a wider audience.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for the design and production of print advertisements and materials.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through various channels to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing materials and support, including product samples and presentations.
• Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualificationw
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or polythene industry.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
